Local Executive Board

Each RCFL is governed by an LEB that operates in a manner similar to that of a board of directors. The Northwest LEB is comprised of senior representatives from each of the Participating Agencies.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding, which each of the participating agencies have signed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the LEB is chartered to review any policy, procedure, practice and/or rule affecting the day-to-day operations of the RCFL, and does not hold any legal authority.
